Console Camp

To make your own post on ConsoleCamp, simply send an email (via your good ‘ol computer, cellphone, PSP, whatever) to submit[at]consolecamp[dot]com with as much info as you want. The subject line of your email will be the title of the post and the message area of the email will contain the post’s content.

You can use some simple codes to enrich your post with automatically published goodies:

To let us know how many campers are in line use the following code:
<campers>#</campers>

To let us know how many PS3s are at a location use the following code:
<ps3s>10</ps3s>

To let us know how many Wiis are at a location use the following code:
<wiis>20</wiis>

To post a picture:
Simply attach it to the email. 10MB limit.

To post a video, submit any of these formats using the following code:
<tube>YOUTUBE ID</tube>
<gvid>GOOGLE VIDEO ID</gvid>
<video>LINK TO VIDEO ON WEBSITE</video>
<mov>LINK TO .MOV ON WEBSITE</mov>

Try to capture the whole line—this site is about gaming the line and publishing information about where consoles are available. It’s nice to get a closeup of you and your best pal sipping hot cocoa, but it’s even nicer to get a shot of everyone.
